Challenge
Solo RMT running a mobile practice with a basic Wix site that didn't reflect the quality of his work. No online booking, no intake forms, no way to collect deposits. Managing everything through Instagram DMs and text messages.
Solution
A custom-built practice platform — not a template. Custom Next.js website with editorial design, online booking across 5 service types, PHIPA-compliant digital intake forms, Stripe deposit system, and automated appointment reminders.
Outcome
A fully operational practice platform built and deployed in under 3 weeks. Patients can discover, book, complete intake forms, and pay deposits — all without a single phone call or DM.
