- Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser type, and approximate geographic location (city-level) via Google Analytics 4.
- Session recordings: Anonymous session replays and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity, including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth. No personal information is captured.
- Advertising data: Meta Pixel collects data about your interactions with our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Archie is a marketing agency, not a healthcare provider. We do not collect, store, or process personal health information (PHI) as defined under PHIPA. Our clients are health practitioners who maintain their own clinical records and patient data in their own systems.
When building websites and marketing materials for our clients, we follow PHIPA-compliant practices to ensure that no patient health information is exposed, transmitted, or stored through the systems we build. We do not have access to our clients' patient records, booking systems, or clinical data.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
- Vercel — Website hosting and deployment. Servers located in North America.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.
- Cal.com — Scheduling and booking for discovery calls.

- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then permanently deleted.
- Client project data: Retained for the duration of our working relationship and up to 12 months after service termination to facilitate potential reactivation or handoff.
- Analytics data: Retained according to the default retention periods of each analytics platform (Google Analytics: 14 months, Clarity: 13 months).
