A three-act process. No surprises.

Every Archie project moves through Discover, Design, and Deliver. Each act ends with something you can hold, an approval moment, and a clean handoff to the next. Pricing is fixed before anyone signs, so the only thing that changes during a project is the work getting better.

The three acts

What happens, in order.

No black boxes. Here is exactly what we do in each phase, what you receive at the end of it, and the one thing we need from you to keep it moving.

01Act one · Week 1

Discover

We meet, scope the work, audit what already exists, and write the brief. Nothing is signed until the price is fixed and the plan is in front of you.

What we do

  • Discovery call and a written brief that names the one job the site has to do
  • Audit of any existing brand, site, analytics, and search presence
  • A fixed-price quote and a milestone plan with dates, not estimates

What you do

Answer the brief honestly and approve the scope. The clearer the input here, the fewer revisions later. This is the only phase where your time investment is heavy, and it pays for itself.

02Act two · Mid-project

Design

Brand, design system, and pages are built in tight feedback loops. You review real prototypes, not mood boards, so you are never guessing what launch looks like.

What we do

  • Brand identity: logo, type, colour, and voice, then the design system
  • Page design in Figma with clickable prototypes at each review
  • Copy and SEO structure drafted alongside the design, not bolted on after

What you do

Review at the scheduled checkpoints and consolidate feedback into one round per stage. We move fast when feedback is decisive and batched, slow when it trickles in.

  • Clickable prototype
03Act three · Final week + 30 days

Deliver

Approved designs become a production Next.js build. We launch with you, watch the site for 30 days, then hand over a codebase and asset library that are fully yours.

What we do

  • Production build: accessible, fast, SEO-ready, mobile-first
  • Launch together, with analytics and Search Console wired up
  • 30-day post-launch monitoring, then the first-month-free retainer handoff

What you do

Final approval and a launch go-ahead. After that, decide whether to continue on the bundled retainer. Your first month is free either way, so there is no rush to choose.

After launch

30 days of monitoring, then it is yours.

Launch is not the finish line, it is the start of the data. The handoff is structured so you are never stranded.

Days 1 to 30

We watch it

Performance, errors, search indexing, and analytics are monitored daily for the first month. Anything that breaks is fixed by us, at no cost, because launch defects are our responsibility, not a new invoice.

Month 1

Retainer, free

Your first month of the bundled maintenance and SEO plan is included with every project. That means the first researched SEO blog post, on-page upkeep, and a Search Console review land before you have paid a cent for the retainer.

Month 2+

Your call

Continue the bundled plan at $199 a month, or stop and keep everything we built. No contract, ever. We recommend continuing because regular content compounds rankings, but the honest answer is on the pricing page.
